Quick start

  1. Step 1

    Docker Compose in 5 minutes

    Clone the repo and run docker compose up. Add your Anthropic and Slack keys to .env.

  2. Step 2

    Connect one webhook

    Point Alertmanager or GitHub Actions at /webhook/alertmanager or /webhook/github.

  3. Step 3

    Trigger your first incident

    Send a test alert or failed workflow. Watch the queue worker diagnose and notify Slack.
