Quick start

  1. Step 1

    Docker Compose in 5 minutes

    Clone the repo and run docker compose up. Add your Anthropic and Slack keys to .env.

  2. Step 2

    Connect one webhook

    Point Alertmanager, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket at /webhook/alertmanager, /webhook/github, /webhook/gitlab, or /webhook/bitbucket.

  3. Step 3

    Trigger your first incident or review

    Send a test alert, failed workflow, or PR/MR event. Watch the worker diagnose — or review for secrets and backdoors (dry-run until you enable posting).
