Do you store our API keys?
No shared secrets. Each org uses BYOK — Anthropic, Slack, GitHub, and cloud credentials stay org-scoped in your storage. Platform operators never see tenant keys.
Can we self-host for free?
Yes. The full agent is MIT licensed. Clone the repo, run it on your infra, and pay only for your own AI/cloud usage.
What if we outgrow self-host?
Upgrade to Hosted Pro for managed ops, dashboard, and email support — same agent, zero maintenance. Enterprise adds SSO, SLA, and dedicated tenancy.
Does it delete production resources?
Never. Destructive operations are permanently blocked. See our security guarantees for the full safety model.
Which AI models are supported?
Claude via Anthropic API (BYOK). Connect through the agent server or MCP from Cursor and Claude Desktop.
How is Hosted Pro different from self-host?
Same codebase and safety rules. We run the agent, provide the incident dashboard, handle upgrades, and include email support with a monthly incident cap.
